Do all items sell in an estate sale?
No, not all items sell in an estate sale. While the goal is to liquidate the home's contents, it is common to have items remaining, usually due to low demand, high pricing, poor condition, or outdated style. Leftover items are typically donated, moved to auction, or disposed of after the sale
What do you do with the items left over?
The items belong to the estate and it is up to the owners what they do with the items after the sale. In most cases, the owners keep the items. On occasion, items are donated, brought to auction, or removed by our partners at Express Cleanouts
What Areas do you Service?
We are based in Bucks County but service the Philadelphia area including Montgomery County, Bucks County, Delaware County, Chester Counity. Sometimes New Jersey

Do you Presell or let people in Early?
No. We do not allow early sales or presell. In addition we do not hold items for anyone at our sales. Exceptions are made in some cases due to special situations and the sale details will mention any presale opportunity
How do price items at an In Person Tag Sale
We price our items at a fair market value (Generally a little less than you would see online or at a second hand store)
